I’m Yuri Salvador, a Brazilian Director of Photography based in Berlin since 2012. I hold a Master’s degree in Cinematography from the Film University Babelsberg "Konrad Wolf" and bring 17 years of experience across various media fields, including feature films, shorts, documentaries, advertising, music videos, and corporate projects. My work has involved collaborations with companies such as Netflix, Sky, Deutsche Welle, ZDF, Apple, Shazam, BMW, and TikTok, among others.

In 2014 and 2015, I worked on the documentary "Exodus," directed by Hank Levine and Fernando Meirelles, both of whom were Oscar-nominated for their acclaimed film "City of God."

Between 2019 and 2020, I served as a second unit cameraman for the Netflix series "Neymar: The Perfect Chaos," which garnered over 80 million viewers. My debut film, "Tamara" (2022), directed by Jonas L. Walter, recently won the Grimme Award in 2024.

In 2023, I worked as a second unit cameraman on a new documentary by Chanel, produced by TriBeCa Films. I also collaborated with the acclaimed director Victor Kossakovsky on his film "Architecton" and worked alongside Oscar-winning cinematographer Ben Bernhard. Additionally, I served as the cameraman for a new docudrama for Sky, produced by the Thursday Company, which is set to release in 2023 and 2024.
